Another sign was that I got the options to adjust screen brightness and set Bat tech colors this time around, which I never got before when it was screwed up so that's another clue that it's fixed.

The sign that you've fixed it would be that Ep2-5 would start showing 'Start Ep2/3/4/5' instead of 'Download Ep2/3/4/5' because technically, the Steam version downloads all of them together if you have the season pass or have purchased all episodes previously.
